How We Work To Provide Welfare For Our Guests

At The Grange Retreat we understand that our pets have a variety of different needs, dependent on breed, age and personality.  This is why we ask for completed personality questionnaires for all our guests.  Knowing a little about our residents before they come to visit means that we can get things right the first time and keep them entertained doing the activities they love.

Everything we do at The Grange Retreat has the comfort of both pets and their owners in mind, we want our pets to be at their happiest but we also want owners to fully enjoy their time away knowing that their family is in good hands.

The Values We Put Into Our Care

  • Regular Exercise

    Animals need regular exercise each day. We tailor the exercise we provide to the individual based on their specific requirements.

  • Hygiene and Heating

    How your dog or cat feels will depend on their environment. We always make sure our suites are spotless and the perfect temperature.

  • A secure and safe Place

    We have CCTV and an alarm system as well as security shutters on all suites to guarantee the safety of your pets

  • Home from Home

    With regular attention, care and exercise your pets will soon feel very at home in their holiday lets. In fact they may not want to leave!

  • Bespoke Stimulation

    We produce bespoke enrichment plans for each pet to ensure that they have all of their needs and desires met in our care.

  • Thinking about Owners

    Frequent updates and photos can help you feel happy and assured that your pet is happy and healthy while you are apart!
